How much will shipping and handling cost me?
Memories Unlimited charges a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders under $75.00. Shipping is free for all orders $75.00 and over.
How long does it take for items to ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. We ship our orders via USPS Priority Mail which usually arrives in 2-3 business days after it has been sent. We also offer local order pick-up/delivery options for customers in Northern Colorado.
What if something is missing from my kit?
We make every effort not to miss anything, and kit contents may vary, but a missing item may happen on occasion. Please check your kit as soon as it arrives, and if you are missing something, email us at info@memoriesunlimitedonline.com. We will make every effort to replace the missing item.
What if my kit is damaged during shipping?
